Dear Sir. My husband and I stayed at your hotel for the first time this weekend. On our return home I felt I just had to let you know our feelings. From the moment we arrived on Friday evening until the time we left on Sunday we were made to feel very special. We were in room 328 a comfortable and clean room. We dined with you Friday evening and Saturday lunch in addition to breakfast each morning. The food was excellent and your supervisor Steven’s service was outstanding. Please thank him again, also Sarah on reception was extremely helpful and as first port of call on our arrival ticked all the boxes. She too deserves a pat on the back. I have only mentioned those two members of your staff but everyone we came into contact with are a credit to your hotel. Once again many thanks to you and all your staff for allowing us to have such an enjoyable weekend.

Just a few words to say how much my Dublin Journalists Golf Group enjoyed their stay with you on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday last. A wonderful time was had by all and it certainly brought back many happy memories of times past at The Imperial. It was lovely to see you, and all our friends, again. The staff in all areas could not have been nicer to us and they certainly are a credit to the Hotel. That particularly goes to the boys and girls behind the bar who were run off their feet trying to keep up with the orders flooding in from all sides. As I predicted I think you will find the takings there for Sunday and Monday nights up significantly when the totals are totted up. I would be obliged if you could thank them all on our behalf.

Dear Everyone, Just a short note to thank everyone at the Imperial for helping to make our recent Golden Wedding Anniversary Celebrations a very memorable occasions, our two sons, their wives and our two granddaughters, and of course my wife and I had a really great weekend.
The staff are a credit to the hotel always very, very friendly and most helpful at all times. I’m afraid I am in danger of boring my friends in my praise of the hotel.

This is a big official thank you for a marvellous evening. It started by arriving and having a lovely bedroom. The dining room looked great, the food was lovely, we both and many more of us enjoyed the menu, compliments to the chefs. The waiter we had was very good, also staff at the bar and most helpful a reception.
We must also thank Leslie French for setting the evening up for us, and to say how well everything went. Choice of wine was obviously carried out by an experienced sommelier. Did you also order the snow scene the next morning as it was quite amazing? Geoff you should be proud of your hotel, many of our guests remarked on it, and even the grandchildren wanted to go back!

Just had our first night with you and would write to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Excellent friendly, helpful, staff and clean, tidy surroundings in Room 303. We'd love to come back for a quiet long weekend in the New Year, with a sea view and a little warmer weather.

Just to say thank you for the excellent service you afforded during our stay with you on Saturday night. Myself and girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was superb, the breakfast was lovely and all of the staff were excellent, efficient, professional and very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much for anyone. I’ve stayed in some really nice and supposedly really nice hotels but none have matched the Imperial. It ticked every box. We will definitely be back and will recommend to all of our friends.

I have just returned from a lovely weekend as part of the famous Brian Cheslett bridge trip. Once again, the service from all the staff was excellent and the food was fantastic. It was a pleasure to stay.

I spent three days at The Imperial. I will definitely recommend it to disabled friends as the wet room is super and everyone was helpful and pleasant. The restaurant staffs were super. The chambermaid helpful and very efficient and the reception staff, what can I say? They are all so welcoming and were over and above their duty. I will certainly be back.

We would like to thank you and your staff for making our Ruby Wedding Anniversary such a special occasion. The Room (Promenade Lounge), the food and the service was delightful, Kate especially took a personal interest and made us feel nothing was too much trouble.
Our stay in the hotel was a total pleasure; again because of pleasant surroundings, beautiful food and exemplary service all the staff were so warm and attentive. Family members, who stayed over on various days, feel that their long journey had been really worthwhile.

I have spent a week at The Imperial every year of my life as well as returning for shorter stays, that I have a feeling of “coming home” when we arrive and to our family it is the complete holiday for us. I love this sea view.... in fact I dream of it throughout the year. You can see the House of Lords and hear Big Ben from my bedroom in London, but I would swap it for a sea view at The Imperial any day! People might think we get bored doing the same old thing every year but we always find something different to do. We have been to other places but even the Disneyland Hotel in Paris came in a poor second!

Dear Mr Lofthouse, We have just returned from a short break at The Imperial Hotel. This was our first return visit since your refurbishment - in recent years we have alternated between the St George and The Imperial. We felt that we should put on record our appreciation for a most enjoyable visit. Everything about our stay was excellent.
We were particularly impressed by the standards of house-keeping which were extremely high, and sadly, often found wanting in even some of the so-called "best" London hotels. The Terrace is always a delight and the service levels of staff here and in the Restaurant was also first class - professional and friendly without any over-familiarity. Excellent standards were maintained in the restaurant with good food and attentive service - nothing seemed too much trouble for the very busy, but very efficient staff. I enjoyed using the well-maintained pool and we all enjoyed the well-judged evening "background" entertainment of cocktail piano, harpist and piano and vocalist on Saturday evening. We even had perfect weather!
All in all a most enjoyable and memorable break and one which we hope to repeat as soon as diaries allow. Please pass on congratulations and thanks to all members of your team - from making my reservation over the telephone, to checking out yesterday, all your staff did their utmost to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. (We did of course make a more tangible contribution to their efforts as we checked out).
