January
6th – A Whole Lotta Soul, North Wales Golf club
For one night only, enjoy an evening of soul music with a splash of modern sounds. Admission is free, so come along and enjoy this wonderful genre of music.
15th – Annual Mini Run, Llandudno
Organised by Wirral Minis, this annual event returns on 15th January. The drive starts from Bromborough and travels along the coast to the Great Orme in Llandudno. Take a stop along the Promenade to capture the collection of Minis on show. For the car fans out there, this is a great event to get involved in!
17th – Queen Extravaganza, Venue Cymru
The official Queen tribute band is returning to the UK! Renowned for touring over the USA, Canada, Australia and Brazil, the band provide an exceptional show. This 90 minute show features over 20 Queen classics, including the biggest hits such as Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, We Are the Champions and Radio Ga Ga.

February
5th – Comedy Club February 2023, Anthony Hopkins Theatre
A night of great comedy, featuring 8 Out of 10 Cats Kiri Pritchard-McLean, Jack Gleadow, Phil Chapman and Sharon Wanjohi. This is a monthly event at the Anthony Hopkins Theatre, Clwyd.
25th – Whitney Queen of the Night, Venue Cymru
A stunning celebration of the great Whitney Houston, with a sensational line-up of artists. Rising West End star, Shanice Smith plays Whitney who performs outstanding vocal performances. Hits that will be performed include the classics, I Wanna Dance With Somebody, One Moment In Time, I’m Every Woman, I Will Always Love You, plus more!
28th Feb – 4th March – The Cher Show, Venue Cymru
If I Could Turn Back Time! You’ll want to do exactly this after you see this show and watch it all over again. The Cher Show takes place at Venue Cymru and will leave you dancing in your seat. The show shares the story of how Cher rose to fame, featuring show stopping costumes and plays of the biggest hits, including Strong Enough, The Shoop Shoop Song and Believe.
March
4th – Queenesque, The Motorsport Lounge
An exceptional tribute to Queen, spend the evening listening to great classics of rock and roll. This tribute band has been on a mission to keep the energy and passion of Queen’s live shows.
5th – North Wales Choir Festival, Venue Cymru
The return of Llandudno’s annual North Wales Choir Festival is coming back to Venue Cymru. The Festival Celebration Concert takes place at 7:30pm, providing an evening of great choir voices and special guests along the way.
9th – Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel, Pontio Bangor, Bangor
A new production of the late 19th century classic of Hansel and Gretel. When two children are sent away in the enchanted woods by their hungry parents, they get a visit from a wicked witch who wishes to turn them into gingerbread. But, how will they escape? Enjoy an evening of theatre singing and an impressive orchestra.
24th – Paul Young: Behind The Lens, Venue Cymru
Now on his 40th anniversary of No Parlez, Young is releasing a new record called Behind The Lens. Spend an evening with the number one award winner and enjoy his story telling on his incredible career.
